Process
Appointments
We can provide an invaluable insight by navigating the key project elements including design and gaining your planning permission.
We will provide detailed plans required by Building Control and a Tender set so that builders can give accurate quotes.
We can provide alternative solutions that may be more economical and help reduce build costs and add value to your home. Options for reorganising and improving existing spaces and options for the form of the extension can be tabled and discussed.
Depending on the project it may also be necessary to involve other specialist consultants. We will let you know when these may be required so that the project runs seamlessly between stages.

The Architects Registration Board (ARB) is the UK regulator for architects. Their role is set out by Parliament in legislation, and they work to keep the public safe by maintaining a Register of every practising UK architect.
You can use the Register to find an architect to work with, or if you have already found an architect, you can use it to check that they are genuine.
